Describe your role at Hungerford Technology
In my role, I focus on keeping internal and customer systems running. My day-to-day includes support, troubleshooting, maintenance, new installs, operations, meetings and assisting other staff, with the goal of all systems running smoothly.
What is an accomplishment you are especially proud of?
Successfully migrated several customers to new Hyper-V and Azure Cloud systems, avoid high renewal costs of VMware.
Tell us a little about yourself outside of work
My favorite past-time is spending time with my wife and 2 kids. We have multiple cats and dogs. Hobbies include music (playing guitar) and diving into new technologies.
What’s a fun fact that most people may not know about you?
I was in a “bar” rock band for several years, playing local GR bars and clubs.
What is the best IT tip or advice you would share with others?
Reboot before calling support!
