Welcome to Hungerford Technologies, where we prioritize a seamless and efficient transition for our new clients. Our onboarding process is designed to ensure your transition to our services is smooth and hassle-free.

Here’s an overview of our 6-phase onboarding process, which typically spans 60 days from your initial signup to the point where onboarding transitions to ongoing support.

Kickoff

• Initial meeting to outline the onboarding plan, ensure clarity and set expectations.

Transition Services & Subscriptions

• Coordination with your previous IT provider via a thorough checklist for a smooth transition.
• We handle software and subscription transfers, leveraging our partner relationships, to minimize your involvement.

Discovery & Documentation

• Setting up remote access and inventorying IT assets.
• We validate findings and address gaps with an onsite evaluation.

Go Live

• The big day. We will be onsite to ensure a seamless transition as we take over IT services.

Dialing In

• We purposely monitoring and adjusting to optimize your IT as we learn more about your needs and culture.

Strategic Review

• Wrap up meeting to discuss recommendations, IT roadmap, and 5-year IT budget.
• This marks the strategic transition from onboarding to ongoing services.

Throughout this process, you will be supported by a dedicated team, including a Customer Success Manager, an onboarding engineer, and a project manager.

Your Role in Onboarding

  • Officially conclude your partnership with your previous IT provider.
  • Communicate with your organization to keep employees informed during the transition.
  • Collaborate with us in detailed discussions to help us establish your active employees, IT assets, critical applications, active vendors, open projects, strategic goals, IT budgets, IT policies, risk plans, and more.
