Describe your role at Hungerford Technology
In my role, I focus on helping organizations make informed technology decisions while continually improving how we deliver IT services. My day-to-day includes strategic planning with clients, operational leadership, and developing processes that help our team work more consistently, with the goal of making technology simpler, more reliable, and more valuable for our clients.
What is an accomplishment you are especially proud of?
I’m most proud of helping bring clarity to complex problems. Whether it’s guiding a business leader through an IT strategy decision or helping our team standardize the way we deliver services, I enjoy turning complicated situations into practical plans that people can understand and act on.
Tell us a little about yourself outside of work
Outside of work, my wife and I stay busy with our identical twin boys. I enjoy cooking, playing the piano, and biking with my family around Lowell. I’m naturally curious and love learning new things, which is probably why I enjoy teaching and explaining complex topics as much as I do.
What’s a fun fact that most people may not know about you?
I used to work at Disney World.
What is the best IT tip or advice you would share with others?
One of my favorite troubleshooting tips is: “Try something that shouldn’t work.” If it does, you’ve just disproved one of your assumptions.
