Absolutely. We can own the help desk while your internal lead handles projects—or vice versa. Clear swim lanes keep everyone productive.
Business-hours help desk is included. Critical incidents get an on-call response. We’ll review escalation paths and SLAs during onboarding.
Remote is default. Onsite is scheduled as needed within our 60-mile Grand Rapids service area. Outside that radius, travel can be arranged.
