How does per-user pricing work?

We price by named users (employees with a Microsoft 365 account). Shared/guest accounts and service accounts are handled case-by-case based on usage.

Can we mix plans (e.g., some employees on MANAGE and others on SECURE)?

No. We standardize on a single bundle per tenant so controls stay consistent and support stays simple.

If you're not ready for SECURE today, start with MANAGE across the team and step up later.

What's included in onboarding?

A structured cutover: discovery & planning, tool deployment, documentation, and a "go-live" with your team. We coordinate with vendors, migrate support, and schedule a 30-day check-in. We'll confirm the exact timeline at kickoff.

What's NOT included in the monthly fee?

Projects (e.g., migrations, new offices), hardware, and specialty software/licenses are quoted separately. We'll flag anything out of scope before work begins—no surprises.

Can we start with MANAGE and add security/strategy later?

Yes. Many clients start with MANAGE and add SECURE or OPTIMIZE as needs and risk grow. Your plan can evolve without starting over.

Do you work with internal IT (co-managed)?

Absolutely. We can own the help desk while your internal lead handles projects—or vice versa. Clear swim lanes keep everyone productive.

Do you cover after-hours and emergencies?

Business-hours help desk is included. Critical incidents get an on-call response. We'll review escalation paths and SLAs during onboarding.

How do onsite visits work?

Remote is default. Onsite is scheduled as needed within our 60-mile Grand Rapids service area. Outside that radius, travel can be arranged.

What's your 90-day guarantee?

If you're unhappy within 90 days of cutover, we'll transition you at no charge. We want the right long-term fit—no hard feelings.

Will our team use Microsoft Teams or a desktop app for support?

Either. Our support lives in Microsoft Teams and in a lightweight desktop app. Both create/track the same tickets using your M365 login.
