What is an accomplishment you are especially proud of?
I helped transition all customers to a new invoicing platform.
Tell us a little about yourself outside of work
I enjoy live music and playing cards and games with family and friends. I travel whenever I can, and love exploring new places. I also enjoy cooking and trying new recipes.
What’s a fun fact that most people may not know about you?
I have 3 children with the same birthday; Our twins were born on our eldest’s 3rd birthday.
What is the best IT tip or advice you would share with others?
When in doubt, try a reboot of your machine!
