Describe your role at Hungerford Technology
In my role, I focus on in person technical support. My day-to-day includes on site break/fix support, new workstation, server and networking installs with the goal of supporting the solutions that the customers need.
What is an accomplishment you are especially proud of?
One achievement that I am proud of is getting my “trifecta” of CompTIA certifications. This proved my base knowledge that has allowed me to succeed in the information technology industry.
Tell us a little about yourself outside of work
Outside of work I hang out with my friends playing video games, golf or exploring Grand Rapids.
I recently purchased a house, so I enjoy working on the never-ending projects that come along with that!
What’s a fun fact that most people may not know about you?
I grew up in the Traverse City area and moved down to Grand Rapids in 2020.
What is the best IT tip or advice you would share with others?
When in doubt, reboot!
