In my role, I focus on Projects. My day-to-day includes Leading Projects, assessing new and existing client environments, and being an escalation resource for fellow coworkers, with the goal of providing clients the best service possible.
What is an accomplishment you are especially proud of?
Creating or helping improve internal and external documentation processes.
Tell us a little about yourself outside of work
I lead a production/tech team as part of a local volunteer community, tinker with a home lab to keep learning new technology, and enjoy video games in my downtime. Outside of that, I value spending quality time with my family.
What’s a fun fact that most people may not know about you?
I used to play piano and trumpet.
